Connexion physique correcte du compteur avec la plaque de puissance.<br><br><strong><strong>001<\/strong> <\/strong>Pour les \u00e9quipements Goodwe avec protocole UDP<strong><br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong><\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Tant l&#8217;onduleur que le chargeur sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 Internet.<br> &#8211; L&#8217;IP de l&#8217;onduleur est mal attribu\u00e9e dans l&#8217;e-Charger.<br><br><strong>002<\/strong> Pour le compteur V2C 1.0 et 2.0 : les trames arrivent corrompues.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Bon sertissage du connecteur RJ-45 \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<br>&#8211; Configuration correcte du contr\u00f4le dynamique avec le compteur s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 correspondant \u00e0 l&#8217;installation.<br><br><strong>003<\/strong> Bruit possible dans le signal V2C ControlBox.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier:<br><\/strong>&#8211; Bon sertissage du connecteur RJ-45 \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<br>&#8211; Configuration correcte du contr\u00f4le dynamique avec le compteur s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 correspondant \u00e0 l&#8217;installation.<br><br><strong>004<\/strong> Trydan est d\u00e9connect\u00e9 du WiFi et essaie de se reconnecter, et le compteur WiFi utilise cette technologie WiFi pour se connecter.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Connexion correcte des deux dispositifs au m\u00eame WiFi du client (pas au chargeur)<br>&#8211; Que l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 du signal soit optimale ou am\u00e9liorer la connexion WiFi \u00e0 laquelle les deux sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un r\u00e9p\u00e9teur.<br><br><strong>005<\/strong> Le V2C ControlBox connect\u00e9 par RJ-45 ne r\u00e9pond pas.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Bon sertissage du connecteur RJ-45 \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<br><br><strong>006<\/strong> Une requ\u00eate HTTP est faite et \u00e9choue \u00e0 se connecter (Shelly, Solax, Kostal Piko, Enphase, P1 Meter, SAJ [Donn\u00e9es Solaires], Wibeee). \u00c9chec lors de la tentative de connexion au serveur Modbus TCP (Huawei, Kostal Plenticore, Fronius, Ingeteam, SMA Sunny, SolarEdge, Victron).<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Connexion correcte des deux dispositifs au m\u00eame WiFi du client (pas au chargeur).<br>&#8211; L&#8217;IP de l&#8217;onduleur est mal attribu\u00e9e dans l&#8217;e-Charger.<br>&#8211; Que l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 du signal soit optimale ou am\u00e9liorer la connexion WiFi \u00e0 laquelle les deux sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un r\u00e9p\u00e9teur.<br>&#8211; Configuration correcte de l&#8217;onduleur par rapport aux param\u00e8tres de communication avec Trydan.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-71147356\"><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>007<\/strong> La recherche automatique de Shelly n&#8217;a trouv\u00e9 aucun appareil.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong> :<br>&#8211; Changement \u00e0 une IP fixe du Shelly dans le chargeur Trydan.<br>&#8211; Connexion correcte des deux appareils au m\u00eame WiFi du client (pas au chargeur).<br><br><strong>008<\/strong> Un compteur avec technologie WiFi a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 et Trydan ne s&#8217;est jamais connect\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau WiFi configur\u00e9.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong> :<br>&#8211; Connexion correcte des deux appareils au m\u00eame WiFi du client avec un signal suffisant (pas au chargeur).<br><br><strong>009 <\/strong>Un Timeout de la demande au compteur est re\u00e7u.<br><strong>V\u00e9rifier<\/strong> :<br>&#8211; Bon sertissage du connecteur RJ-45 aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s.<br>&#8211; Configuration correcte de l&#8217;onduleur par rapport aux param\u00e8tres de communication avec Trydan.<br>&#8211; Dans le cas d&#8217;un onduleur ou d&#8217;un compteur WiFi, la connexion correcte des deux appareils au m\u00eame WiFi du client avec un signal suffisant (pas au chargeur).<br>&#8211;
