De tankstations die meer dan vijf miljoen liter brandstof per jaar verkopen.&nbsp;Deze bepaling zal worden opgenomen in een wijziging van de Wet op de Koolwaterstoffen, en het niet naleven ervan zal als een zeer ernstige overtreding worden beschouwd. De regelgeving die de overheid ontwikkelt, zou boetes tot 30 miljoen euro kunnen opleggen aan grote tankstations die zich niet aan de regels houden.<\/p>\n<p>Wat is de termijn voor tankstations om oplaadpunten voor elektrische voertuigen te installeren?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Als het tankstation in 2017 tussen de 5 en 10 miljoen liter brandstof heeft verkocht, hebben zij vanaf de inwerkingtreding van de wet een termijn van&nbsp;<strong>15 maanden om hun installatieproject voor te leggen en nog eens 12 maanden om het operationeel te maken<\/strong>. De capaciteit van deze oplaadpunten moet 22kW zijn, wat betekent dat het zeer snelle opladingen zullen zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kortere termijnen als het tankstation meer dan 10 miljoen liter brandstof in 2017 heeft verkocht. In dit geval zijn het 12 maanden om het project voor te leggen en 9 maanden om het uit te voeren.
