Tanmateix, est\u00e0 limitat a una <strong>sola resid\u00e8ncia secund\u00e0ria per nucli familiar<\/strong> (grup de persones que presenten una declaraci\u00f3 de la renda conjunta, com els c\u00f2njuges o parelles de fet). <strong>La resid\u00e8ncia secund\u00e0ria no ha de ser llogada, ni tan sols de manera temporal.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treballs afectats<\/h3>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cr\u00e8dit fiscal<strong> <\/strong>cobreix les<strong> despeses relacionades amb l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;un sistema de c\u00e0rrega<\/strong> per a vehicle el\u00e8ctric. Per ser elegible, <strong>el sistema ha de ser controlable<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, capa\u00e7 de <strong>modular la pot\u00e8ncia o de programar la rec\u00e0rrega del vehicle<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els treballs han de ser realitzats per l&#8217;empresa que subministra els equips o pel seu subcontractista. La factura ha de especificar:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El lloc d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 dels treballs<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La natura i les caracter\u00edstiques t\u00e8cniques dels sistemes de c\u00e0rrega pilotables<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;import total de les despeses<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els pagaments s&#8217;han de <strong>realitzar a partir de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2024<\/strong> i els treballs s&#8217;han de <strong>facturar abans del 31 de desembre de 2025<\/strong> incl\u00f2s. Si heu acceptat un pressupost i heu pagat un dip\u00f2sit entre l&#8217;1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 2023, amb un pagament de les despeses el 2024, podeu beneficiar-vos del cr\u00e8dit fiscal fins i tot per una borne de c\u00e0rrega no pilotable, per\u00f2 l&#8217;avantatge estar\u00e0 limitat a 300 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import del cr\u00e8dit fiscal per a una estaci\u00f3 de c\u00e0rrega el 2024<\/h2>\n\n<p>El cr\u00e8dit d&#8217;impost s&#8217;atorga fins a un <strong>75 % de les despesses<\/strong> realitzades per a l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;un sistema de c\u00e0rrega per a vehicle el\u00e8ctric. No obstant aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important tenir en compte que aquest cr\u00e8dit est\u00e0 limitat a un import m\u00e0xim de <strong>500 \u20ac per sistema de c\u00e0rrega pilotable<\/strong>.
