Your main responsibilities will include:<\/strong> Diagnosing issues and offering effective troubleshooting remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Explaining product functionalities in a clear and professional manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collaborating with internal teams (post-sales, QA, R&D) to resolve technical cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Logging support cases in an organized and accurate way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Living in Spain – ideally near Valencia or willing to relocate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Solid understanding of electronics and basic IT\/networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Full-time, permanent position.
