\u00bfQu\u00e9 es V2C SmartLock?<\/h1><\/div>\n\n\n\n

V2C SmartLock<\/strong> es una nueva funcionalidad del e-Charger Trydan que permite desbloquear de forma inal\u00e1mbrica el cargador mediante un e-Key<\/strong>, es decir, un dispositivo que utiliza la conectividad BLE <\/strong>(Bluetooth Low Energy<\/em> o bajo consumo de energ\u00eda de Bluetooth). A trav\u00e9s de un smartwatch, una pulsera de actividad f\u00edsica, un llavero o un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico como Tesla Model 3, puedes desbloquear el cargador sin necesidad de hacerlo desde la app V2C Cloud, la plataforma web V2C Cloud o los botones de navegaci\u00f3n del e-Charger. Para su correcto funcionamiento, es importante que el dispositivo cuente con una direcci\u00f3n MAC est\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tecnolog\u00eda V2C SmartLock<\/strong> del e-Charger permite ahorrar tiempo y otorga facilidad a la hora de cargar tu coche el\u00e9ctrico. Simplemente con acercar el e-Key al cargador, se desbloquea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTA IMPORTANTE:<\/strong> Antes de vincular el e-Key, debes comprobar que la versi\u00f3n de firmware del cargador es la 1.7<\/strong> o posterior. Puedes comprobarlo en el men\u00fa configuraci\u00f3n del e-Charger escogido en el apartado ‘n\u00famero de ID’ y en caso de ser anterior, actualizar tu cargador.<\/a> Para su correcto funcionamiento, es importante que el dispositivo cuente con una direcci\u00f3n MAC est\u00e1tica.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo vincular un e-Key con el cargador mediante V2C SmartLock?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Para vincular el e-Key con tu cargador, acerca el dispositivo a tu e-Charger y sigue estos pasos en la aplicaci\u00f3n V2C Cloud m\u00f3vil. En caso de tratarse de un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico, sit\u00faa el veh\u00edculo cerca del cargador sin llevar otros dispositivos Bluetooth, ya que el e-Charger agregar\u00e1 el dispositivo m\u00e1s cercano.
Adem\u00e1s, debes tener en cuenta que si la manguera est\u00e1 conectada al veh\u00edculo, el cargador no se bloquear\u00e1 aunque detecte que el e-Key se aleja, para que la carga se efect\u00fae correctamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunos coches disponen de balizas bluetooth para la apertura de puertas de garaje u otras utilidades. Entre los modelos de coches el\u00e9ctricos m\u00e1s comprados tenemos Tesla. Aproxime su veh\u00edculo lo m\u00e1s posible a su cargador, desactivando todos los dispositivos bluetooth que tiene en sus proximidades (tel\u00e9fonos, pulseras, iTags con IP est\u00e1tica).
