Comprobar la marca, si es monof\u00e1sico o trif\u00e1sico, y configurarlo en el cargador desde la botonera, o bien contactar con soporte para configurarlo de forma remota si el cargador est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea.<br>&#8211; Correcta conexi\u00f3n f\u00edsica del medidor con la placa de potencia.<br><br><strong><strong>001<\/strong> <\/strong>Para equipos Goodwe con protocolo UDP<strong><br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong><\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Tanto el inversor como el cargador est\u00e1n conectados a internet.<br> &#8211; La IP del inversor est\u00e1 asignada incorrectamente en el e-Charger.<br><br><strong>002<\/strong> Para medidor V2C 1.0 y 2.0: las tramas llegan corruptas.<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcto crimpado del conector RJ-45 en ambos extremos.<br>&#8211; Correcta configuraci\u00f3n del control din\u00e1mico con el medidor seleccionado correspondiente a la instalaci\u00f3n.<br><br><strong>003<\/strong> Posible ruido en la se\u00f1al V2C ControlBox.<br><strong>Comprobar:<br><\/strong>&#8211; Correcto crimpado del conector RJ-45 en ambos extremos.<br>&#8211; Correcta configuraci\u00f3n del control din\u00e1mico con el medidor seleccionado correspondiente a la instalaci\u00f3n.<br><br><strong>004<\/strong> Trydan est\u00e1 desconectado del WiFi e intentando reconectar y el medidor WiFi usa esa tecnolog\u00eda WiFi para conectarse.<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcta conexi\u00f3n de ambos dispositivos a la misma WiFi del cliente (no al cargador)<br>&#8211; Que la intensidad de la se\u00f1al sea \u00f3ptima o mejorar mediante un repetidor la conexi\u00f3n WiFi a la que ambos est\u00e9n conectados.<br><br><strong>005<\/strong> El V2C ControlBox conectado mediante RJ-45 no responde.<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcto crimpado del conector RJ-45 en ambos extremos.<br><br><strong>006<\/strong> Se hace una petici\u00f3n HTTP y da fallo de conexi\u00f3n (Shelly, Solax, Kostal Piko, Enphase, P1 Meter, SAJ [Datos Solares], Wibeee). Falla al intentar conectar al servidor Modbus TCP (Huawei, Kostal Plenticore, Fronius, Ingeteam, SMA Sunny, SolarEdge, Victron).<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcta conexi\u00f3n de ambos dispositivos a la misma WiFi del cliente (no al cargador).<br>&#8211; La IP del inversor est\u00e1 asignada incorrectamente en el e-Charger.<br>&#8211; Que la intensidad de la se\u00f1al sea \u00f3ptima o mejorar mediante un repetidor la conexi\u00f3n WiFi a la que ambos est\u00e9n conectados.<br>&#8211; Correcta configuraci\u00f3n del inversor respecto de los par\u00e1metros de la comunicaci\u00f3n con Trydan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-71147356\">\n<p><strong>007<\/strong> La b\u00fasqueda autom\u00e1tica de Shelly no encontr\u00f3 ning\u00fan dispositivo.<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Cambio a IP fija del Shelly en el cargador Trydan.<br>&#8211; Correcta conexi\u00f3n de ambos dispositivos a la misma WiFi del cliente (no al cargador).<br><br><strong>008<\/strong> Se ha seleccionado un medidor con tecnolog\u00eda WiFi y Trydan nunca se conect\u00f3 a la red WiFi configurada.<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcta conexi\u00f3n de ambos dispositivos a la misma WiFi del cliente con se\u00f1al suficiente (no al cargador).<br><br><strong>009 <\/strong>Se recibe un Timeout de la petici\u00f3n al medidor.<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcto crimpado del conector RJ-45 en ambos extremos.<br>&#8211; Correcta configuraci\u00f3n del inversor respecto de los par\u00e1metros de la comunicaci\u00f3n con Trydan.<br>&#8211; En el caso de un inversor o medidor WiFi la correcta conexi\u00f3n de ambos dispositivos a la misma WiFi del cliente con se\u00f1al suficiente (no al cargador).<br>&#8211; La IP del inversor y configurarla correctamente en el control din\u00e1mico de potencia de Trydan.<br>&#8211; Inversor Solax: Correcta versi\u00f3n del Pocket WiFi V2.033.20 (link de descarga incluido en el manual).<br><br><strong>010<\/strong> Se recibe dato de pinza no conectada en un canal que es necesario<br>(Mono + FV pinza 1 o 4, Trif\u00e1sico pinzas 1, 2 o 3)<br><strong>Comprobar<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; Correcta colocaci\u00f3n de las pinzas en las fases indicadas en el esquema correcto de instalaci\u00f3n en cada caso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-00168f44\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-c837e147\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image aligncenter uagb-block-ded0ddba wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-center\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/v2charge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/icon-important.png ,https:\/\/v2charge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/icon-important.png 780w, https:\/\/v2charge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/icon-important.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/v2charge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/icon-important.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-125013\" width=\"50\" height=\"50\" title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-421a53a1\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ab21f8f7\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>NOTA IMPORTANTE:<\/strong> Si el <strong>c\u00f3digo de error es mayor a 011<\/strong>, son <strong>errores tipificados en el protocolo MODBUS RTU o TCP.
