En todas ellas, los 230\u00a0V necesarios para cargar el veh\u00edculo se obtienen combinando <strong>dos fases (L1\u00a0+\u00a0L2)<\/strong> en lugar de fase y neutro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3n, te explicamos qu\u00e9 debe tener en cuenta tu instalador para que el balanceo din\u00e1mico funcione correctamente en cada caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; Punto clave: las protecciones el\u00e9ctricas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de hablar de medidores, hay una regla fundamental para cumplir la normativa ITC-BT-52:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trydan con protecciones integradas (1P+N) no es compatible<\/strong> con estas redes. Los elementos internos est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para cortar fase + neutro; en tu instalaci\u00f3n necesitas cortar los dos cables de fase simult\u00e1neamente. Solicita el <strong>cargador est\u00e1ndar sin protecciones<\/strong> y pide a tu electricista que instale un cuadro externo con <strong>magnetot\u00e9rmicos y diferenciales bipolares (2P)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protectores contra sobretensiones bipolares (2P):<\/strong> los protectores transitorios y permanentes del cuadro tambi\u00e9n deben ser bipolares y homologados para redes sin neutro. Un protector monof\u00e1sico convencional no actuar\u00e1 correctamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escenario 1 \u2014 Dos fases a 230 V (L1 + L2)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El caso m\u00e1s habitual: suministro que llega a trav\u00e9s de dos cables de fase sin neutro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compatibilidad:<\/strong> total. Tanto el <strong>Controlbox 2.0<\/strong> como el <strong>Medidor Bidireccional V2C<\/strong> est\u00e1ndar funcionan perfectamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo instalar la pinza de medici\u00f3n:<\/strong> coloca <strong>una sola pinza abrazando \u00fanicamente uno de los dos cables de fase<\/strong> (por ejemplo, solo L1). No uses dos pinzas ni abraces ambos cables a la vez, ya que las lecturas se anular\u00edan mutuamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escenario 2 \u2014 Trif\u00e1sica de tres hilos sin neutro (L1 + L2 + L3)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suministro trif\u00e1sico sin cable de neutro. La medici\u00f3n requiere una configuraci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica para que el balanceo din\u00e1mico no genere errores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opci\u00f3n A \u2014 Controlbox 2.0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Controlbox 2.0 es compatible, pero requiere un ajuste de software para leer correctamente la tensi\u00f3n de l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Instalaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> coloca las tres pinzas, una en cada fase (L1, L2 y L3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Configuraci\u00f3n obligatoria:<\/strong> es necesario ajustar el voltaje de l\u00ednea a <strong>125&nbsp;V por software<\/strong>. Sin este cambio el equipo sumar\u00e1 consumo de m\u00e1s y limitar\u00e1 la carga sin motivo. Pide a tu instalador que contacte con <strong>Soporte T\u00e9cnico V2C<\/strong> durante la puesta en marcha; el equipo aplicar\u00e1 la configuraci\u00f3n en remoto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opci\u00f3n B \u2014 Analizador de redes externo (recomendado con solar)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si adem\u00e1s del balanceo din\u00e1mico tienes <strong>placas solares<\/strong> y quieres aprovechar los excedentes, el Controlbox 2.0 no es suficiente y el Medidor Bidireccional V2C est\u00e1ndar <strong>no es compatible<\/strong> con redes trif\u00e1sicas de tres hilos (no arrancar\u00e1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soluci\u00f3n recomendada:<\/strong> instala un analizador de redes avanzado como el <strong>Carlo Gavazzi<\/strong> \u2014 la misma tecnolog\u00eda que incorpora el <strong>V2C Pole Meter<\/strong>.
