Dans tous ces cas, les 230 V n\u00e9cessaires pour charger le v\u00e9hicule sont obtenus en combinant <strong>deux phases (L1 + L2)<\/strong> au lieu de phase et neutre.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici ce que votre installateur doit prendre en compte pour que l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage dynamique fonctionne correctement dans chaque cas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; Point cl\u00e9 : les protections \u00e9lectriques<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de parler des compteurs, il y a une r\u00e8gle fondamentale \u00e0 respecter pour se conformer \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation ITC-BT-52 :<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Trydan avec protections int\u00e9gr\u00e9es (1P+N) n&rsquo;est pas compatible<\/strong> avec ces r\u00e9seaux. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments internes sont con\u00e7us pour couper la phase + neutre ; dans votre installation, vous devez couper les deux fils de phase simultan\u00e9ment. Demandez le <strong>chargeur standard sans protections<\/strong> et demandez \u00e0 votre \u00e9lectricien d&rsquo;installer un tableau externe avec <strong>disjoncteurs et diff\u00e9rentiels bipolaires (2P)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Protecteurs contre les surtensions bipolaires (2P) :<\/strong> les protecteurs transitoires et permanents du tableau doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre bipolaires et homologu\u00e9s pour des r\u00e9seaux sans neutre. Un protecteur monophas\u00e9 conventionnel ne fonctionnera pas correctement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sc\u00e9nario 1 \u2014 Deux phases \u00e0 230 V (L1 + L2)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cas le plus courant : alimentation qui arrive par deux c\u00e2bles de phase sans neutre.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compatibilit\u00e9 :<\/strong> totale. Tant le <strong>Controlbox 2.0<\/strong> que le <strong>Compteur Bidirectionnel V2C<\/strong> standard fonctionnent parfaitement.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comment installer la pince de mesure :<\/strong> placez <strong>une seule pince en englobant uniquement l&rsquo;un des deux fils de phase<\/strong> (par exemple, seulement L1). N&rsquo;utilisez pas deux pinces ni n&rsquo;englober les deux fils en m\u00eame temps, car les lectures s&rsquo;annuleraient mutuellement.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sc\u00e9nario 2 \u2014 Triphas\u00e9 \u00e0 trois fils sans neutre (L1 + L2 + L3)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alimentation triphas\u00e9e sans fil de neutre. La mesure n\u00e9cessite une configuration sp\u00e9cifique pour que l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage dynamique ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re pas d&rsquo;erreurs.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option A \u2014 Controlbox 2.0<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Controlbox 2.0 est compatible, mais n\u00e9cessite un ajustement logiciel pour lire correctement la tension de ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Installation :<\/strong> placez les trois pinces, une sur chaque phase (L1, L2 et L3).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Configuration obligatoire :<\/strong> il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;ajuster la tension de ligne \u00e0 <strong>125 V par logiciel<\/strong>. Sans ce changement, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement consommera plus et limitera la charge sans raison. Demandez \u00e0 votre installateur de contacter <strong>Support Technique V2C<\/strong> lors de la mise en service ; l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement appliquera la configuration \u00e0 distance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option B \u2014 Analyseur de r\u00e9seau externe (recommand\u00e9 avec solaire)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si en plus de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage dynamique vous avez des <strong>panneaux solaires<\/strong> et que vous souhaitez profiter des exc\u00e9dents, le Controlbox 2.0 n&rsquo;est pas suffisant et le Compteur Bidirectionnel V2C standard <strong>n&rsquo;est pas compatible<\/strong> avec les r\u00e9seaux triphas\u00e9s \u00e0 trois fils (il ne d\u00e9marrera pas).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Solution recommand\u00e9e :<\/strong> installez un analyseur de r\u00e9seau avanc\u00e9 comme le <strong>Carlo Gavazzi<\/strong> \u2014 la m\u00eame technologie que celle int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le <strong>V2C Pole Meter<\/strong>.
