{"id":305533,"date":"2026-03-07T09:41:17","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T07:41:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/v2charge.com\/?p=305533"},"modified":"2026-03-12T09:37:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T07:37:16","slug":"mobi-e-procedimento-de-comissionamento-de-carregadores-v2c-na-rede-mobi-e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/v2charge.com\/pt-pt\/mobi-e-procedimento-de-comissionamento-de-carregadores-v2c-na-rede-mobi-e\/","title":{"rendered":"MOBI.E &#8211; Procedimento de Comissionamento de Carregadores V2C na Rede MOBI.E"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este documento tem como objetivo apresentar, de forma clara e estruturada, o procedimento<br>de comissionamento de carregadores V2C para integra\u00e7\u00e3o na rede MOBI.E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planeamento do Comissionamento:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contactar a equipa de Suporte SAT V2C para informar a data prevista do<br>comissionamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abrir um ticket no Jira com, pelo menos, 2 dias de anteced\u00eancia, para registo formal do<br>processo &#8211; https:\/\/v2charge.atlassian.net\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incluir no ticket as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es obrigat\u00f3rias:<br>o ID do carregador V2C<br>o ID MOBI.E do ponto de carregamento<br>o URL de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a MOBI.E<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir que o carregador se encontra ligado \u00e0 internet (4G, Ethernet ou Wi-Fi),<br>permitindo a configura\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada (n\u00e3o permitimos cart\u00e3o da Mobi.E)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Configura\u00e7\u00e3o Antecipada<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A equipa de Suporte SAT V2C ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verificar a conectividade do carregador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configurar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o servidor da MOBI.E.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validar os par\u00e2metros necess\u00e1rios para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dia do Comissionamento<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O t\u00e9cnico respons\u00e1vel dever\u00e1 realizar testes operacionais, com um carregamento min\u00edmo<br>de aproximadamente 5 minutos no local. Caso contr\u00e1rio a V2C n\u00e3o valida o posto e n\u00e3o<br>garante o bom funcionamento do mesmo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A equipa de Suporte SAT V2C estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para suporte remoto, caso surjam<br>eventuais incidentes.<br>Os testes incluem:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a plataforma MOBI.E.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da disponibilidade do ponto de carregamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teste de in\u00edcio e t\u00e9rmino de sess\u00f5es de carregamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valida\u00e7\u00e3o do envio correto dos dados da sess\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Envio do Relat\u00f3rio Final<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do comissionamento, o t\u00e9cnico dever\u00e1 enviar \u00e0 equipa de Suporte SAT<br>V2C o relat\u00f3rio final em PDF, gerado pela MOBI.E.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O ficheiro dever\u00e1 ser anexado ao respetivo ticket no Jira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encerramento e Aprova\u00e7\u00e3.
