Technical Support Specialist – French & English (Based in Spain)

Do you have knowledge of electronics and IT, and enjoy helping customers solve technical issues?

At V2C, a fast-growing company designing and manufacturing smart EV chargers, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia (Spain).


🛠️ Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical assistance by phone, email and video call to our international clients and installers.
  • Diagnosing issues and offering effective troubleshooting remotely.
  • Explaining product functionalities in a clear and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (post-sales, QA, R&D) to resolve technical cases.
  • Logging support cases in an organized and accurate way.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in French and English (C1 or above).
  • Living in Spain – ideally near Valencia or willing to relocate.
  • Solid understanding of electronics and basic IT/networking.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset.

🗣️ Spanish is a plus, but not required.
