The present general conditions exclusively govern the sale by Negocios Inteligentes 7Experience, S.L. of the products presented in its web site www.v2charge.com/store/ and that the products offered in www.v2charge.com/store/ are mainly reserved to individuals.
The confirmation of the order of a product offered in the web page www.v2charge.com/store/ implies that the client expressly accepts the present General Conditions without the need to sign to confirm the acceptance.

1.3 – The products will remain the property of Negocios Inteligentes 7Experience, S.L. until their price is paid in full to Negocios Inteligentes 7Experience, S.L.
2. ORDERS
Orders placed on the Internet through www.v2charge.com/store/ involve contractual data between the client and Negocios Inteligentes 7Experience, S.L. which will be confirmed and collected prior to shipment.

3. AVAILABILITY
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website www.v2charge.com/store/ and always subject to stock availability.
For products that are not in stock, our offers and prices are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
Within this framework, information on the availability of the products will be provided at the time the order is processed.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been processed, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the delivery of only a part of the order or the cancellation of the order. The customer will be refunded the full or partial amount of the order within 30 days of placing the order.

For this reason Negocios Inteligentes 7Experience, S.L reserves the right to ask its clients to send (by fax or post) a copy of both sides of their national identity card, as well as a proof of address less than three months old. No order may be dispatched before these documents have been received and checked. The requested documents must be sent within six working days. Negocios Inteligentes 7Experience, S.L. reserves the right to refund the order if the aforementioned documents are not received, or if they are not valid.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
