Which electric car was the best-selling in 2017? Without a doubt, the big winner of the year is the Renault ZOE. In 2017, the French brand achieved a total of Renault ZOE of 1,327 units. This figure is significantly higher than the previous year, with sales in 2017 increasing by 230% compared to 2016.
