Update to the latest version of Pole Pro

We are continuously striving to enhance our products’ capabilities. Therefore, to access new features and ensure optimal performance, it is crucial that your charger is updated to the latest available firmware version.

If the e-Charger becomes stuck on a particular screen or becomes unresponsive during the update, it is advisable to restart the device and repeat the process.

Updating Pole Pro with V2C Cloud

If your e-Charger has a stable Internet connection, you can perform the update directly from the V2C Cloud application through a simple three-step process:

Steps to update Pole Pro

Select the e-Charger you wish to update.

Access the ‘settings’ menu.

Scroll to the end of the menu and select the ‘update firmware’ option.

If the “update firmware” button does not appear, it means your charger is already running the latest version.
