If the Dynamic Power Control is activated at the Trydan charging point and there is an error, the charger display will show a code corresponding to the error (these indications only appear from version 1.6.18. onwards).
IMPORTANT NOTE: these errors are not operating errors, if the recharging point is not connected to the meter correctly, it will charge at minimum power.
The first number is a two-digit number and indicates the slave we are using. It will be useful to see if we have selected the right one. Remember that the slave is taken in the first configuration, and is the meter that we are going to use to carry out the functions.

IF IT SAYS CONNECTION ERROR, IT MEANS THAT THE CABLE IS INCORRECTLY CONNECTED. WE DO NOT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION.
After the number indicated above, there are 3 more digits. Their meaning is explained below:
- 001 – Error only for Goodwe equipment with UDP protocol.
- 002 – Error only on slave 1 and 2: frames arrive corrupted. Possibly failure of the slave meter. Noise in the signal.
- 004 – It is trying to reconnect to WiFi and the slave is using that WiFi technology to connect.
- 005 – RTU wired slave does not respond.
- 006 – HTTP request made and connection failed (Shelly, Solax, Kostal Piko, Enphase, P1 Meter, SAJ [Solar Data], Wibeee). Failed to connect to Modbus TCP server (Huawei, Kostal Plenticore, Fronius, Ingeteam, SMA Sunny, SolarEdge, Victron).
- 007 – Shelly automatic search did not find any device (recommended to indicate the fixed IP of the Shelly in the Trydan loader).
- 008 – A WiFi enabled slave has been selected and Trydan never connected to the configured WiFi network.
- 009 – A Timeout of the request to the slave is received.
- 010 – Data is received from clamp not connected on a channel that is required (Mono + PV clamp 1 or 4, Three phase clamp 1, 2 or 3).
If the error code is greater than 11, these are errors typified in the MODBUS RTU or TCP protocol. Only for specialised personnel.
