Trydan connection with Victron
By connecting your Trydan charging point to the Victron inverter you can directly connect your charging point to use the smart dynamic control functions.
The connection to the equipment is very simple. For operation you must have the Victron Cerbo GX inverter installed. In the Cerbo GX configuration you must activate the RS Modbus 485 TCP. This can be done from the display or from the IP via a Cerbo GX computer. The Victron’s IP can be located from several places (the display itself, the bluetooth application…).
Select the configuration section and leave RS485 Modbus set to Enabled.
In the application, follow the manual to activate Dynamic Power Control and on the meter select Victron.
