How Trydan V2L Island Mode Works
1. Activate the mode from the app
From the free V2C app, select your vehicle and activate V2L Island mode.
2. Automatic network disconnection
Trydan sends the disconnection order to a Smart switch (included with the charger purchase) installed in your main panel. This way, the home is automatically and safely isolated from the electrical grid.
3. Your car powers your home
The energy from your vehicle’s battery flows through Trydan to power your entire home. Lighting, heating, appliances — everything runs on the energy from your car.
