This is a very common question among those interested in acquiring an electric car. Naturally, people interested in buying an electric car want to know if they will have issues with their neighbors when it comes to installing a charging point.

The technical instruction complementing the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation ITC-BT-52 is responsible for regulating the charging infrastructure for such vehicles. According to this instruction, anyone needing to install a charging point in their parking space can do so, as long as they inform the property manager and neighbors.
