Initial charging process for Pole Pro

RFID connection

If your charger has an RFID reader, you can share it securely as it only activates when one of the registered cards is swiped through the system.

Connect the charging cable to the car

Once connected, the light will immediately turn green, indicating the charging status (the electric vehicle is connected to the charger but not yet charging).

Start Charging

The LED light changes from green to blue. This colour indicates that charging is in progress.

End Charging

If the charger is equipped with a lock, it will be impossible to disconnect the cable from the e-Charger before the vehicle. Therefore, you must first disconnect the cable from the vehicle and then from the charger. It can also be disconnected by swiping the RFID card.

Safety Warnings

The owner must follow the safety instructions. V2C disclaims all responsibility for any rights arising from non-compliance.
This Mode 3 charging point is classified according to Section 5 of UNE-EN 61851-1 in an EV supply system connected to an A.C. power supply network. Depending on the chosen version, the EV supply system will be plug-and-cable or permanently connected. It can be used both outdoors and indoors, in both restricted and unrestricted access areas.
Never use damaged, worn, or dirty charging connectors.
The owner must ensure that the charger is always handled in perfect condition and regularly inspect the plug or charging connector (including the charging cable) and the electric charging station casing for damage (visual inspection).
In case of a defect, disconnect the charger and report the fault. In extreme cases, it must be replaced.
Repairing the charging station is prohibited; only the manufacturer can perform it (the e-Charger must be replaced).
Do not make any unauthorised alterations or modifications to the charging station!
The use of adapters, converters, or extension cables is not permitted.
Do not remove any identification, such as safety symbols, warning signs, rating plates, identification plates, or line markings!
Ventilation: due to the potential emission of toxic or explosive gases during indoor charging, some e-Chargers require an external ventilation system.
Disconnect the charging cable by pulling the connector, not the cable itself. Risk of damage!
Never clean the electric charging station with a water jet (hose, high-pressure cleaner, etc.).

Electrical hazard! The installation, initial commissioning, and maintenance of the electric charging station must be carried out exclusively by competent and qualified technical personnel, who are fully responsible for complying with the existing installation provisions and standards.
