What vehicles can access Madrid Central from November 30?

  • Residents’ vehicles will be able to circulate freely within Madrid Central and park in the SER in their neighborhood; outside their neighborhood, they can park in SER spaces after paying the fee at parking meters or via mobile device.
  • Vehicles with a ZERO emissions environmental label can circulate and park in the SER zone without time restrictions.
  • Vehicles with an ECO label can enter and park in the SER zone for a maximum of 2 hours.
  • Vehicles with a B or C label can only access to park in a public parking lot, private garage, or non-allocated parking reservation, unless they are vehicles of guests authorized by residents, persons with reduced mobility, essential services, or professional services, according to the schedule and calendar detailed later, along with other exceptions outlined in the Sustainable Mobility Ordinance and its development provisions.
  • Vehicles without an environmental label will not be able to access, unless they belong to residents registered in Madrid Central, their guests, persons with reduced mobility, essential services, garage space holders, and professional services, in accordance with the schedule and calendar specified for each case in the access criteria at Madrid.es
