Lock and unlock via proximity with an e-Key using V2C SmartLock

V2C SmartLock functionality uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, allowing smart access control via devices compatible with Bluetooth 4.0. Through the V2C Cloud app, you can configure an e-Key to conveniently and securely lock and unlock Trydan without an internet connection.

Compatible devices include:

Bluetooth tags such as Apple’s AirTag with a static MAC address.
Smartwatches running on Android.
Fitness bands with Bluetooth 4.0.

For optimal functionality, the device must have a static MAC address, ensuring a stable and secure connection.

Your electric vehicle itself can act as an e-Key. Tesla models, for example, are compatible with V2C SmartLock technology, making them the perfect e-Key. You can lock and unlock Trydan via proximity when your Tesla is parked next to the charger, allowing seamless charging initiation.

Lock it via voice control with Alexa and Google Home
