Finally, a charging point for electric vehicles that can be configured for all charging options.

Finally, a charging point for electric vehicles that can be configured for all charging options.

When we say that Wallbox Plus has all the charging options in one, it’s because it adapts to all kinds of situations.

It allows you to plug in more than one vehicle with different connectors, configure it for community use through its own software, enable more public use through RFID technology, or simply use it to plug in the vacuum cleaner and the cleaning system to take care of your vehicle.

With a semi-fast charging of up to 22 kW, it is an ideal solution for private garages (single-family homes and community parking spaces) as well as for businesses.

Its flexible and customizable configuration allows, depending on the product model, either three-phase or single-phase charging and includes an AC charger with selectable output socket: Type 1 (SAE J1772) or Type 2 (IEC 62196, “Mennekes”), both framed in mode 3 IEC 61851.

Additionally, its Socket version can have one or two Type 2 plugs.

Models:

As with other V2C models, the unit includes a 5-meter long cable and a basket-shaped holder to place the cable after use.

And indeed, the PLUS model meets all V2C quality standards:

  • It is made of ABS plastic (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), a high-strength and rigidity material commonly used in the automotive industry and ideal for housing the power electronics of the charging point due to its high abrasion resistance.
  • Mechanical protection rating: IP54
  • Protection rating: IK10

This point has all the charging options and the latest innovations of these devices:

  • It allows you to control the charging speed at all times through a front display that enables you to modify the intensity (from 6 amperes to 20/32A depending on the model) of each charge before and during the process.
  • Dynamic power control to maintain charging functions simultaneously with other loads.
  • Optional RFID technology for shared use.
  • Dynamic control of photovoltaic installations.
