Why does a black loop appear opening the mobile app?
If you see this image opening the mobile app, it means you don’t have Internet connection or the signal is very low. Wait a few minutes, the time we detect if the Internet connection is impossible or if it could be restored.
If the connection is impossible, you can use your e-Charger via Bluetooth (if you have it). Otherwise, you will not be able to use the app. Without Internet connection, you are not able to create an account, log in your session (if you are already logged in, your data will be cached) or link a new e-Charger.
